What is in the subscription box?

Each Beard Care Gang (BCG) box contains our signature shampoo and conditioner as well as our all-natural beard balm. If you have additional questions please contact us at info@beardcaregang.com

How do I pay?

Beard Care Gang (BCG) accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We process our payments via Stripe and we do not accept cash or check.

How do I order?

Beard Care Gang (BCG) makes it simple by putting the ordering process online so it's available to you whenever. Simply select what you're interested in, put it in the shopping cart, give your payment and shipping details, and submit. We process the payment and ship out your initial package within two business days.

Can I give your box as a subscription gift?

Yes the BCG box makes for a great gift. Go through the order process and put the name and address you'd like to have it delivered to.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us at info@beardcaregang.com and we can assist you will all your refund and return needs. If you receive a box with a spilled product, contact us and we can arrange for a new box to delivered to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please login into your account. You will be able to cancel your subscription inside of the account settings. If you have any issues with canceling your account, please email us at info@beardcaregang.com and we will help you get them resolved

What Happens if I already paid but want to cancel and get a refund?

You must cancel your subscription renewal prior to being renewed. We are unable to refund your subscription renewal after the renewal has taken place, as your order will already be processed and ready for shipment. Example: You purchased a subscription box on Feb 1st, 2018. You are automatically renewed on March 1st, 2018. You must cancel your subscription prior to March 1st, 2018, or else the sale is final and cancellation requests will be applied to the following renewal cycle. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page if you have any further questions.

Do I need to create an account?

A BCG account will simplify ordering products, managing your subscription, modifying orders, ordering gifts for friends and loved ones, and canceling your subscription if need be. Your account is simple and safe to use.
